What are foreign technical intern trainees?

This is a public system in which young people from developing countries are accepted as technical trainees by Japanese companies, and the aim is for them to learn practical techniques, skills and knowledge through actual work experience, and then use this knowledge to contribute to the economic development of their home countries after returning home.

Once in the country, technical intern trainees will be employed by the accepting company and will be able to acquire practical skills and undergo technical intern training for up to three years.

The foreign technical intern training system not only helps to improve the technological level of the host country, but also leads to international exchange and contribution.

Complete support for trainees

Our affiliated union will handle everything upon entry, including preparing the application form for the training plan, interviewing and hiring trainees, and handling visa immigration procedures.

Once the training begins, the training provider will need to take action, but the affiliated association will provide extensive support with everything from the trainee's daily life and on-site interpretation and translation support to preparing various application documents to be submitted to government agencies and the training certification exam.
