手配の流れ

1. ご依頼内容の確認

　　旅行会社等から、日程、人数、地域、希望するサービス、ご予算、指定条件等を確認します。

2. 手配可否・条件の確認

　　ご指定いただいた内容に基づき、各施設・サービス提供者へ空き状況、受入条件、料金、取消条件等を確認します。
​　　 あわせて、お支払方法および支払期限をご案内します。

3. お見積り・お支払い

　　確認した手配内容、条件、費用をご案内します。原則として、指定期日までの事前振込をお願いしています。

4. 予約・手配

​　　内容のご承認および入金の確認後、各施設・サービス提供者への予約・手配を行います。

5. 最終確認

​　　確定した予約内容、利用条件、集合場所、連絡事項等をご案内します。
